1. Terms of Service:

By using GoVoIP’s services, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility:

You must be 18+ and legally authorized to enter into contracts.

Services:

We provide VoIP and Unified Communications services to global customers. All services are billed monthly and include calling, SMS, analytics, and related features as described in your selected plan.

Billing & Payments:

All services are charged in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of service. Payment gateways are subject to third-party terms.

User Responsibilities:

You must not use GoVoIP for illegal, harassing, spam, or fraudulent activities. Misuse can result in immediate termination without notice.

Fair Use Policy:

Unlimited calling is subject to fair usage and must not be abused for spam, robocalls, or cold-calling (unless your plan allows it).

Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of our policies or misuse of service.


2. Privacy Policy:

Data Collection:

We collect the following:

Name, email, business details

Call/SMS usage data

Device and IP information

Use of Data

Your data is used for:

Service delivery and communication

Account management and billing

Security and fraud prevention

Internal analytics

Data Sharing:

We use encryption, authentication, and monitoring to secure your data.

3. Refund Policy:

Monthly Recurring Plans Only:

We operate on monthly billing cycles.

No Refunds Policy:

All payments are final. Refunds are only issued if the service is non-functional and GoVoIP is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
